This hotel is a scam. Be careful. You have been warned.
I made a booking at this hotel through booking.com; I have been a loyal member of booking.com for a number of years and I have had no issues at all with them.
One day before I'm supposed to arrive at this hotel, I receive an email from booking.com that the hotel canceled my reservation because --- apparently --- I have an invalid credit card on file at booking.com.
The card I have on file at booking.com is my most used card. In fact I just used it without any issues. Upon receiving the cancellation email, I called my credit card company and they confirmed that no attempt has been made my this hotel to charge my card AND that in the last few days they not turned down any charges from any source on my account.
I was scheduled to begin my stay here tomorrow onwards. My guess is that the hotel found other customers who are willing to pay a much higher price so they randomly canceled the booking.
I'm now booked at a national chain with an excellent reputation but paying a much higher price.
I called this property and on the third attempt the phone was answered by "Matthew". He rudely said, "Call booking.com!! I cannot help you. Please stop bothering me!" You can expect the same tone and service if you decide to stay at this hotel.
Be careful.
I really enjoyed my stay at this amazing boutique hotel! The location is perfect with the beach just one block away! The owners were very hospitable and sweet during the check in process. The room itself was perfect! I will definitely be staying here again and would recommend to friends and family!
Such an amazing special stay, a beautiful boutique hotel, 2 mins walk to the beach with everything you need, convenient kitchen, beach chairs provided, comfortable beds, amazing shower, adorable garden area and friendliest staff who showed extra care. Cant wait to return to Miami and will always stay here!
Stayed there for a couple of days with my girlfriend.
The rooms were really nice and spacious, they were a bit cold though.
Very good management! 100% customer satisfaction. I booked hotel for the weekend and also wanted to use their common spaces for photo shoot, but due to new COVID rules they didn’t let me use it. So management contacted me straight and apologise that they can’t accommodate me and they even offered me cancellation for full refund.
Definitely will stay there in the future.
