The outdoor resort area was beautiful and relaxing!! 5 pools to choose from! Also two hot tubs to be able to soak your aching muscles which is fantastic because many nearby hotels don't have them anymore. The pool water is also amazing there is something they add that just makes your skin and hair so soft and exfoliates your feet!! Can't wait to try their dining options next time.
Great property with beautiful pools and beach. Large lobby with plenty of comfortable seats available. Pool was great and many pool attendants assistance. We enjoyed the drinks on the beach. Miguel at the Beach was great server. We have a great time!
The room was pretty and had a beautiful ocean view. However, the night we checked in, we found a big wad of hair in the shower that didn’t belong to any of us. The next day, we called 4 times to request our bathroom be cleaned (they do not offer daily housekeeping service unless you stay 3 nights or more). No one came to clean the hair out of the shower. We had to physically go down to the front desk to finally get someone to come and clean out shower. Also had to call several times to request fresh towels and additional pillows. Nothing ever arrived after only one phone call. We had to call multiple times or physically go down to the front desk to act silly receive anything we requested. We began to suspect that this hotel profiles guests and only provides decent service to people who “look like” they belong here. Also the jacuzzi bath tub didn’t work. Housekeeping supervisor claimed she was going to send a tech to take a look at it. Never did.
Overall, service was terrible. But the room and the view were nice. The wad of hair in the shower did cause me to question the cleanliness of the hotel overall though.
Beautiful hotel and ambiance. I like the grown and sexy vibe. The customer service was okay. I wished that the customer service was better which would make this an ultimate traveler's experience. The beach area closes at 5pm, which at that point they take away the towels and chairs. That really sucks. The food and drinks on the beach was great! The line for check-in was outrageous. It went from the front desk to the back of the ball room. Yes its spring break, but this has been going on for years, so your staff and system should be more prepared.
Lovely hotel. I feel like more amenities should be included in the room, but that may just be me. We had to pay an extra $30 a day to have a mini fridge. There’s no coffee maker or microwave and we had a suite. I wish the pool was open past 7pm as well. The rooms were very clean and the service was exceptional.
