This is the best hotel to stay at in Miami Beach. Rob N did an amazing job checking us in and following up with me throughout my stay. He made our stay very special. I’ve been lucky to stay at many hotels in the Miami area and the 1 Hotel is the best one by far. The service here is phenomenal, everyone is so friendly and attentive. The room quality is out of this world. Plus, all the added extra amenities make it so you don’t have to leave the hotel if you don’t want too. The smell alone throughout the hotel is insanely good. I wish I could give Rob and the 1 Hotel ten stars!! Definitely coming back!
I've stayed at three hotels in South Beach and the 1 is by far the best. The staff are extremely attentive and the service by the pools are amazing.The food options are also amazing and diverse (with lots of great vegan options). I also love how environmentally conscious they try to be. Definitely a five star stay, and definitely worth the price.
Thank you Robert for facilitating our ability to stay another night and for working to make sure our room change was seamless. I’ve stayed at several high end hotels in Miami but the 1 has always been my favorite. It is because of the exceptional service (that Robert exemplified) that keeps me coming back. The W next door definitely needs to take note.
5++++ STARS AND BEYOND! I have nothing but amazing things to say about this hotel and company. I haven't stayed at any of the other locations besides South Beach, but the experience in Miami is truly unmatched. I've stayed at almost every high-end hotel on Collins Ave. and nothing compares to the 1 Hotel standards. The hotel is very clean and the staff is so accomodating and kind. The rooms are very spacious and always clean. The rooftop restaurant and bar are delicious and the sunset views are top-notch! Great pool and beach service as well. I could go on and on, just stay here to experience it all!!!!

Visited the hotel to go to the spa with my wife on our honeymoon! The hotel is gorgeous & staff are very helpful. The spa is beautiful & smells lovely from the second you begin to walk down the hall. The massages were out of this world and we’ll definitely be back!
