Tatiana and her trainee (Karen, I think) were a SPLENDID addition to an already wonderful establishment. The two bartenders were friendly, professional and made me feel welcome and comfortable like I was a long-time friend. Unlike every other shallow and generic experience I've had in this area, these ladies made me feel like an individual. If only every hospitality professional was like these two ladies, more people would smile. Bravo Faena on having the finest. Please treat them well.
Top notch! I absolutely loved every second of stay. Amazing food! Try the lamb chops...best I’ve ever had! The Living Room is so fun for drinks and music...beautiful crowd and ambiance. Ask for Richard he will help you have the best night ever. I cannot wait to return!
I’m really shocked at the “great” reviews. This was the most terrible service I’ve experienced in Miami. Not only was the room overpriced (inflated for no reason) when I arrived, the staff seemed to treat me as if I wasn’t welcome because I was black. I literally waited 4 hours for my room, no one offered me anything while I waited except a bottle of water.
I experienced the same treatment in the restaurant. We decided to have lunch, me and a friend. The host proceeded to seat us, looked away for a moment at another employee, and told us to wait in the hallway instead for a moment. The lady NEVER came back to seat us. 30 minutes later she walks by with her kids as if she was never helping us. The craziest thing I’ve ever seen! I decided to speak to management and get my food to go. I literally waited an hour and half for a burger. The waiter said he didn’t see an issue and refused to fix the problem...like wow. The restaurant was not packed btw. 11am. I saw families sit, order, eat full meals and leave, while I’m waiting on a simple burger to go.
Rooms? Dated. The entire feel of this hotel is retro and old fashioned besides the pool area.
I’d literally never stay here again unless it was free. I spent $4k for 2 nights on an extremely subpar experience. I’D LOVE A REFUND!
I’m not the type that cares much about race. But I felt completely out of place here, due to the staff treatment and poor hospitality.
Extremely disappointed.
Beautiful & unique property. Spa was one of my favorites in Miami beach. Friendly service from all staff. Can’t wait to come back.

Nice hotel! However, we are in a two bedroom suite but can’t walk into the hotel bar at night and have drink. Tonight, we were turned away after we witnessed 7 kids that didn’t have a reservation gain access.
The issue, if you need a reservation at any hotel to gain access to lobby bar, please tell us at check in. I called the manger, Roberto, and he confirmed it doesn’t matter if we are staying in hotel or not you have to have a reservation. I will say he tried to get us in tomorrow night. He was very nice. But just be warned. You can’t go to the lobby of the hotel you are paying for to get a drink without a reservation.
