Service above and beyond. Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful. Always looking for ways to make your stay easier. Breakfast was to order and cooked perfect. Coffee excellent. The hotel and room design is top notch and very relaxing. Roof top terrace very cool and inviting. If i could give them 6 stars i would.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they really made it feel like we were vacationing on a remote resort instead of the hear of Mexico City.

The spa services were great, we loved our massages and left very relaxed.
Included breakfast was delicious and great quality. The massages recommended were amazing as well and the terrace is beautiful and very relaxing.
They made us feel at home, and we really enjoyed our stay! We are definitely looking forward to returning!
I stayed a couple of nights with my girlfriend as a staycation. The staff were kind enough to serve our meals up on the terrace instead of the dining room. Would definitely return 10/10
To stay at Ágata is to learn and live the real and bohemian neighborhood of Coyoacán with the most laid-back luxury style. This artsy area of Mexico City is truly authentic and local. Near museums, cafés, restaurants, artisan boutiques and libraries, you are going to want to stay longer.
Amazing place in the heart of Coyoacan. The team makes sure you have a blast of a time with all their attentions. This place is like going inside your favorite interior desing magazine.
Breakfast was deeeelicious! If you have the chance, I can sure say this place is a must! Loved it.
