It's clean and if you plan to move around downtown it's a great option. You get what you pay for. No AC, bathroom smells funny, bathroom is small other than that the place is clean and neat. Only reason I give it 3 stars is that it's not the best neighborhood. It's safe, but dirty with graffiti on many walls. Nearest subway isn't the safest though, so we only used it once, we preferred to use cabs.

The place is booked through the airbnb app, it is a very private place so it is very comfortable if what you need is a safe and noise-free place in the city. It is 2 minutes from the monument to the Revolution. The staff was very friendly and helpful
