Excellent stay. Highly recommend. If you are arriving from the airport you can request to get picked up I believe the cost is around $50 USD. You are immediately greeted and have to go through a series of cleaning protocols like getting your temperature taken and cleaning your shoes and hand sanitizing. Front desk is very helpful I would suggest to book the pool and the gym ahead of time because they will be booked when you get there. The hotel is very clean the staff is very attentive.
I ordered room service several times the food is delicious. Overall I gave this hotel a 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend staying here if you ever visit Mexico City.
We had a wonderful time at the Sofitel. The staff were amazing, and they treated our dog Double Bubble like royalty! She got her own bed, bowls, and custom dog treats with her name on them. The rooms are lovely, the spa relaxing, and the rooftop bar has a wonderful view. I highly recommend the Sofitel!
Incredible experience at Sofitel Hotel!
A friend and I were doing a road-trip through Mexico and decided to splurge on one night in Mexico City and are so glad we did. Safety and cleanliness were huge concerns traveling during a pandemic but Sofitel did not disappoint. They took all of the necessary precautions and went above and beyond in many instances. We were lucky enough to experience a privately curated meal by Chef Alexis which was absolutely amazing! They were also able to move things around and get us a private pool session in the morning which helped relax and refresh from the previous night. The entire staff were so welcoming and kind. A special thanks to Fernanda, Daniella, Cesar, Guillermo, and Chef Alexis for making the one night in Mexico City such a special one!! Hopefully we get to return soon.
Spent 3 nights in the hotel and it immediately became our new favorite place in CDMX. We felt welcome and a valued customer at all times. Very strict COVID procedures in place which made us feel safe. Great food and excellent room service experience (big portions and delicious dishes). The rooms are delightful, the bed is a cloud and the bathroom is like a spa. The view from the room is stunning! And the gym and pool area are fantastic. We will definitely come back!
The experience I had at Sofitel Reforma exceeded my expectations by far! My personal welcome from Ana in the reception, the help from the concierge Liliana, amazing room and overall service. I was in Mexico City for work, the internet was very fast in the whole hotel and I felt well taken care of. I strongly recommend staying at Sofitel Reforma
