I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Gran Hotel. The room was perfectly sized and elegant. The location could not have been any better. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. COVID regulations were upheld nicely. The rooms were cleaned exquisitely and restocked everyday; very impressive. I am happy to have experienced a week at this hotel. It certainly exceeded my expectations.
We were there during the CDMX marathon in 2019. I love the place. The complementary champagne had me going nice. The service was top notch. My room had a good pastry with my name waiting. The view was to the Zocalo. Awesome.
My only issue is that I am very sensitive to the paranormal and my senses were out of control. I could not sleep in that comfortable bed.
Amazing service!! The staff is super friendly and kind. They take all the cleaning measures to have a good experience as a guest. The master suite view is breath taking. Totally recommended.
Amazing... Built in 1899...is a Museum that you can sleep in. Super well kept. Wonderful staff, great rooftop bar & restaurant... With spectacular views
The interior is amazing and water pressure in the shower exceeds any expectations! The staff was also friendly.
One small downside is that it was a bit cold in the room and especially the floor in the bathroom and the maintenance were putting A/C on with 15° C target. There's a small heater in the room though, but takes time to heat it up. But besides that the experience was great, would consider staying there again.
