At first I did not add a comment, but gave 5-stars. Myself and guest stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed our time immensely. We paid for breakfast to be included and were very pleased. It was AMAZING to wake up each morning and enjoy some coffee on the balcony restaurant. The rooms are on the smaller side, but plenty of room for what we needed. The staff was so friendly and made us feel welcome each day and time we entered the hotel. We will stay here again, given the chance.
The location was fantastic. Plenty of beautiful places to see, lots of things to do, and many great places to eat. All within walking distance! And if you need to travel farther out, they have their own staffed taxis to take you wherever you need to go! The hotel was gorgeous and very well kept. They are diligently following and maintaining safe COVID-19 practices. The staff was extremely helpful and very friendly. I have nothing but great things to say about this hotel and our stay here. Highly recommended!
Great service, even in times of covid. The food was great, room was clean, and the location is obviously ideal.
This hotel was great they treated me like royalty and went above and beyond to get things right for me when there was a small repair issue with the air conditioner in my room .Staff was AWESOME!!!!
Amazing place, the food and service is an experience that you should try if you visit Mexico downtown.
