I have stayed in this hotel several times, and it has been great! it is very clean and very comfortable, also they have very good WiFi and the price is great. I really recommend this little hotel, more if you want a great location in Mexico City !
Easy check-in with multi-lingual and very accommodating staff. Adequate, clean and comfortable room with a smallish but clean toilet room with soap and shampoo provided.
The service level here is extraordinary, gracious and rather charming. You feel pampered.
Modern hotels are boring, this one gives you a peek into classic upper middle class life in Mexico. It's a place for the cognoscenti. Enjoy it!
It is a very rare occasion indeed when you arrive at a hotel and have that familiar comfortable feeling of being at home. It’s difficult to explain all of the little details that combined create this déjà vu kind of feeling that even though you’re away from home this is like a home away from home. Our room (116) was not perfect but just right for all our needs.Breakfast was always interesting with the shared tables. And live entertainment of our very dear waiter. Location was excellent. This place was recommended to us by a close friend and I would highly recommend it to anyone else that wants to get a view of real Mexico in the big city. We enjoyed their hospitality for 5 nights.
Wonderful staff and restful environment
Charming hotel. Rooms are simple but the hotel exudes a tranquil family atmosphere (especially in the dining room) in Cuauhtémoc a nice quarter.
