Reviews from visitors:
The hotel is in a great location and the staff were very nice. Sadly our room was terrible - the toilet leaked and had also soaked the carpet in the wash area. We told the reception but they didn't offer to change our room. The following morning our shower wouldn't off, the solution meant that they turned the cold water supply off in our room which meant we couldn't use the toilet. We were moved to a room at this point but it was really inconvenient as were leaving that morning. I think they should have moved us as soon as we reported the leaking toilet. I wouldn't stay here again.
Very comfortable and simple. Excellent service
The staff is very Kind, but the hotel needs renovation. The rooms are very deteriorated. The mattress was so bad that with decided to loose our already paid money and change to the Barcelo, in order to have a much better stay. The first Day we paid for the "buffet breakfast" and it has Just a few dishes, and those were not good.
This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, our first time at this hotel (March 2017)was very pleasant and the room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Our second stay (March 8 2018) the king size bed was very hard and the linen was very rough other than that no other issues. My 3rd stay (March 14 2018) was really a headache. When my wife and I came into the room the a/c wasn’t working so we called reception and they sent a maintenance guy to give us a portable water cooler. The water cooler really didn’t cool enough. Second problem we encountered was that the rooms don’t have iron so we called reception and they said all the irons where occupied. An hour later we called again to check if one of the irons was unoccupied and they said they had one and they were going to send it but 15 minutes later no one showed so we headed out. Note(how can a hotel not have irons in every room? I think that’s an essential item to have at a hotel) 3rd problem we encountered was that they have little roaches roaming around in the room. The valet parking has an excellent service. Front desk people are nice but they take forever to do things. Exterior of the hotel, the front desk and the restaurant are very nice and the rooms are nice in a way but the carpet is really old as well as the linen. From what we experienced on our 3rd stay I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
Very good value..Fantastic Paella..
