My girlfriend and I are currently living in Mexico City temporarily. Due to Covid, it didn't make sense to risk traveling too far for our anniversary. So we just looked for a nice hotel in our own area for a mini staycation. The staff were extremely friendly and although we had our room booked, they allowed us to tour the other two beautiful rooms. Our room on the third floor was gorgeous. We spent a lot of time in the room as it was so comfortable and enjoyable to be in. We did decide to roll the bed out and spend a night under the stars and it's as special as you'd think it would be. The hotel was great, the staff were great, the breakfast was great and our entire stay was great. Highly recommend staying at this hotel. Thank you again to the staff!
Perfect experience from start to finish. Luxurious room with personalized service, safe and exciting area with art, restaurants, parks....Cesar fixed all my needs including a great tour guide during my downtime, Pamela and Gabriela are top notch! coming regularly for business, LaValise will be my home in Mexico City.
I stayed here for approximately a week & everything about this hotel was so amazing.
The neighborhood was amazing. The rooms were spacious, beautiful in aesthetics, WiFi was strong throughout, & the hospitality of the entire team from Pamela, Gabriela, Cesar & their housekeepers were all top notch.
I always came back to my room magically cleaned to the tee & I had their complimentary breakfast almost every morning.
The coffee shop at the bottom floor had oat milk for my oat milk lattes, which is relatively hard to find.
The panaderia was just down the street, a beautiful park to sit at during evenings, & a bountiful of restaurants in the neighborhood.
I loved my stay here & will be staying again.

Absolutely blown away with the experience and the staff. La Luna was a beyond incredible space and bathroom.
This was the perfect hotel, perfect experience for our vacation. We stayed in the La Terraza room, it's a lovely space overall but the balcony/ terrace is the best part. Staff was super helpful and sweet. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful! Can't recommend this place enough.
