Been coming here since 2005 for my stay in Mexico City. Never had a problem.
Its a "ok" place...Breakfest is not free and the servers are so rude. No english spoken there. Front desk people are very caring.
The hotel is old. The pool is disgusting it has no maintenance. The room walls are very thin I could listen to my neighbors conversation all through the morning. Expect really bad toiletries, they have no identification so I had no clue it was conditioner or body lotion.
I always stay there when I come to Mexico city and I love it
A very nice place to stay BUT... I asked for a fork and a spoon at the restaurant and I was given a plastic fork and knife instead because "People often don't return them"
You should reconsider how you treat your guests, this was very rude.
