Beautiful design (fusion of modern and old interior design), great common spaces, good choice of artistic art pieces on the walls. great location in a lively part of the city.
Rooms are clean, comfortable and facilitated. Breakfast is included but they don't offer a good one. Other restaurants of the hotel are good though.
Its just not what it wants you to think it is. Very modern open layout but once in room its just downhill. Faulty control4 system for automation, no International TV, complex access to Wifi, nearly zero closet space, huge windows with no view (the office folks next door) and your only option is manual black out or full open, no sheer for privacy. A portable in room for AC! that is at least 80 decibles on the quite mode (all rooms) never have seen this before... you just don't expect this from the rates they charge. Get ready to be disapointed.
Location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of nice restaurants are within 10 mins of walk. The room is large yet the bathroom was tight. You can notice their effort in its design yet it give me more of a contemporary feeling rather than luxury. Overall it’s a great place to stay in CDMX.
If prefer to stay in a small and quite Hotel with wonderful customer service, nice and clean rooms, this is your place!. No rewards for Hilton or Marriot, but it worth it!!! I'd stay again.
Had a great stay on several occasions over a period of 13 months. Lovely boutique hotel and the book collection is beautiful. Almost like a Museum. Very nice staff. Would certainly go back. The rooms are like suites and they have a nice rooftop area as part of the restaurant.
