They have spacious rooms with comfortable beds, balconies and amazing view. Very good breakfast, which is usually included in the room price. This hotel also arranges transfers to and from airports, which is great, because the drivers are punctual and the cars are comfortable. You can also use their jacuzzi in the afternoon. Members of staff are friendly and nice. But the ski storage room is too small for this hotel, it is so packed in the morning that you can’t even come in. But in general, great hotel, good value for money.
The hotel as a whole is not bad, polite staff. However there are problems with changing towels, they do not change, even if they were thrown to the floor. You need to ask the administration to do this. As well as poor soundproofing in the rooms, as there is a common door with another room. All is audible. But the main problem is the terrible ski rental located in the hotel. There are provocations. They steal your ski boots from the storage room and then demand money from them for you. This is real fraud and scam. I've never met anyone like this before. This spoils the reputation of the hotel.
Still no refund for our stay 26 - 30 Mar. How can can you keep our money even though you have provided no service!? No food, no rooms to be cleaned, no accommodation? Yes it's a forced shut down but it's so disappointing to save up money for a trip and then not be refunded. :(
The service of the staff really made our experience top level, I couldn't speak highly enough of the attention and care given by all the staff throughout the trip from reception to the bar and the resteraunt. The food at the resteraunt was top class, the Chef was friendly and out at service to provide information about the dishes and answer any questions, a great touch.
Location is amazing, you are right on the slopes and can ski straight from the resort down to the lift. There is an area for storage of your ski gear and a hot tub out the front which you can use for free.
Parking is available but during peak times can be very busy and hard to find a legal park

On arrival it was very busy and as we were first timers, we expected some information about the hotel and resort to help us on our way however this didn't happen and we had to keep coming back to reception to find out all the information, would be good to have this information available in the room such as breakfast times, Internet availability, spa times, ski storage etc.
Certainly these smalls things were made up for by the attentive service of the staff, rang in the new year with the staff at the bar and was a great place to be.
Everything you could want in a hotel. Katie and her team could not do enough to help. Food was excellent. Great location!
