Reviews from visitors:
I spent 7 nights here and the hotel is great! It's 20 metres from the slopes and has a car park too. Staff were very friendly. Me and my friends were on half-board, there's a good variety of things for breakfast and dinner options were amazing, some of the best food I've had in a hotel. There's a sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi which are all great. There's also a masseuse that offers massages and skin care. Ski lockers dry your riding gear overnight. Only downside was that the WiFi was unreliable at times but overall I'm very happy with this hotel.
Great hotel. Delicious breakfast and dinner! Covered parking and very close to the lift. The robes are so soft bought for home.
Expensive for what it is. Mixed levels of service. Owner was not customer-focused. Spa was cold.
On the good side - The restaurant staff did their best with what they had, but management has a strange way of treating customers - giving excuses for anything we spoke to them about and implying we were somehow at fault for giving feedback - instead of just fixing the problem. The steam room and sauna was great - clean and hot. The breakfasts were adequate.
Amenities were a bit second rate including the Jacuzzi spa which never maintained temperature - most days it sat around 30 C which was frigid in -5 C outside temperature - if the hotel is going to bill itself as a "spa" it had better fix the ACTUAL spa situation. The ski boot drying lockers were sub-par - apparently the owner only runs the drying for a few hours in the middle of the night - so you're never sure if they are working until you get your feet into them the next day - which happened to us so our poor feet were freezing all day in cold/wet boots. The evening meals that were included in the accom price for the first 4 nights were over-cooked - veal and steak were leathery and the staff just took away our plates without questioning why we'd left most of the meat uneaten. The layout of the restaurant made two-person tables feel ostracized by placing the only available couple tables in the far corner near the kitchen entrance - leaving the large groups/families with the tables near the windows/views. The drink prices at the bar were expensive and without a proper bar person to know how to make drinks, we rarely wanted to relax in the bar. I didn't want to be seen as a complaining American, but with all the above issues, it was hard to look past it all. For the price we paid for that week, definitely not worth it.
Excellent hotel , excellent service! I highly recommend it.
Nice food and helpful staff
