Property is in a generally clean condition. Facilities are basic but adequate and acceptable for this price bracket. Service from Alpine Elements however was poor. Dirty plates from the night before still on the dining table at breakfast each morning. On five days out of seven we had to raid the kitchen to make our own breakfast. On the day of departure our chalet staff were nowhere to be seen leaving us to wander the streets looking for the coach pickup point. Chalet staff told us 'the wiring is dodgy so don't use anything requiring heavy current' - we had two power cuts during the week. On a positive note the evening meals prepared by Ed were good. Overall we enjoyed our holiday thanks to good company from the other guests but we'll unlikely use Alpine Elements again.
