Room very small for four people. You couldn’t have a shower without banging your head.
Breakfast was a disappointing experience every morning, the food was cold, pastries burnt and the tables were dirty and not set.
I expected a good 4star hotel and this just isn’t.
We stayed twice in December for weekends . The hotel is very confortable, very well kept, and right in the center of Meribel (walking distance to restaurants, stores and ski lifts). The staff is very frienfly and professional

Very bad and slow service. Even when there is no one else to serve and you ask for something you are simply ignored. They never apologise.
We had a brilliant holiday.
The hotel is in a great location.
The staff are all very warm and friendly and make you feel very welcome.
The rooms are all very cozy and always clean.
The breakfast is great as is the new restaurant.
The heated outdoor pool is amazing after a long day of skiing.
Karine Wingel is a wonderful manager and supported by a team of lovely people including Olga, Vanessa and Celine on reception and James does a brilliant job in the restaurant to make sure that you have everything that you could possibly need.
we have visited the Tremplin hotel last week and we had amazing stay. hotel was clean and cosy and staff really kind and helpful. Location was just perfect !I would definitely recommend the Tremplin hotel. You wont be disappointed.
