Fantastic hotel! The staff are super patient and polite, the food is made by the Jacks' kitchen and pushes a Michelin star - perfectly cooked and creative, massive breakfast selection including pancakes and full English with the best tea bites you'll have in Meribel! Jacks is the bar attached to the hotel with awesome live music till midnight and plenty of space for dancing at apres. The reps know all the places in town to give the best tips for whatever place suits you, and nothing is more than 5 mins walk... Enjoy!
It's well situated and the staff are very friendly. Could do with a bit of loving care when it comes to the decor, but for skiing you are exactly where you'd like to be. The bar downstairs was great and busy without being too noisy. We were never disturbed by it. The food was excellent
The food and wine is amazing, staff are great and rooms were very clean. Good location. Shame about the wifi in the rooms. Jaccuzi/sauna was locked ♀️
Great Base for a ski holiday
Fantastic location near to main ski lifts, at the bottom of the main resort street so close to shops, restaurants and bars (and of course directly above the Meribar). Rooms are compact but provide adequate storage for gear with ensuite shower, small bath and toilet all recently modernised. Staff are fantastic, great fun and always willing to help. Food was excellent with great selection of breakfast options either continental, cooked, crepes or pancakes. Dinner menu options available for selection at breakfast with choices of 2/3 starters, main and desert. Afternoon tea provided with selection of soups and sandwiches. The food quality and presentation was excellent with all food served in impressive time (we were a group of 19) and free wine. Being above one of the busiest bars does mean a bit of noise however the music is finished by a reasonable time and we were generally participating so no hardship. You do get some road noise early morning but location of this accommodation means it is unavoidable. All in great place to stay and would definitely recommend and stay there again.
