If you’re thinking of staying in Meribel and you’re looking for a secluded, luxurious and personable hotel then look no further. From the second we arrived at this wonderful hotel to the regrettable moment we left, my family and I felt so comfortable. The staff are so warm and welcoming, each and everyone one of them. The rooms are fantastic with such character and comfort. The ski room was well equipped and lead straight out onto the slope. Despite being a short walk from Meribel town centre, you are guaranteed a quiet nights sleep so you’re feeling fresh for another day of skiing. thanks so much once again to all the staff!
Stunning hotel with excellent amenities and outstanding staff, very close to the main ski lifts, great bar manager however one cocktail is €29 and bit on the pricey side
Very nice restaurant with great holiday ambiance and decor, great service. The only place I can reserve direct online in Meribel. The truffle risotto is a bit lacking, no truffle at all, probably just truffle oil.
Great location, fun outdoor pool and spa for the whole family. The family room is small but efficiently designed. Breakfast could be better and the service was hectic as they didn’t have a lot of servers during the rush hour. Great ski room. It really should be a 4 star hotel. Loved our vacation.
There is some noise at night. It wasn't too severe. We where there over a weekend. We brought ear plugs with us having read the reviews. We put them in one night but we slept through it all mostly. The accommodation is basic but very clean.
We stayed twice in December for weekends . The hotel is very confortable, very well kept, and right in the center of Meribel (walking distance to restaurants, stores and ski lifts). The staff is very frienfly and professional

Fantastic hotel! The staff are super patient and polite, the food is made by the Jacks' kitchen and pushes a Michelin star - perfectly cooked and creative, massive breakfast selection including pancakes and full English with the best tea bites you'll have in Meribel! Jacks is the bar attached to the hotel with awesome live music till midnight and plenty of space for dancing at apres. The reps know all the places in town to give the best tips for whatever place suits you, and nothing is more than 5 mins walk... Enjoy!
I spent 7 nights here and the hotel is great! It's 20 metres from the slopes and has a car park too. Staff were very friendly. Me and my friends were on half-board, there's a good variety of things for breakfast and dinner options were amazing, some of the best food I've had in a hotel. There's a sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi which are all great. There's also a masseuse that offers massages and skin care. Ski lockers dry your riding gear overnight. Only downside was that the WiFi was unreliable at times but overall I'm very happy with this hotel.

They have spacious rooms with comfortable beds, balconies and amazing view. Very good breakfast, which is usually included in the room price. This hotel also arranges transfers to and from airports, which is great, because the drivers are punctual and the cars are comfortable. You can also use their jacuzzi in the afternoon. Members of staff are friendly and nice. But the ski storage room is too small for this hotel, it is so packed in the morning that you can’t even come in. But in general, great hotel, good value for money.
The perfect place for a good lunch. Their set menu changes daily and is excellent value. The cooking style is homely, which is perfect if you’re like me and have had your share of pizza and other fatty food.
Absolutely amazing! Without a doubt the best maintained and serviced stay we have had. The owners are quick to offer advice and assistance. The space is generous and very well located. The views with the breakfast are breathtaking.....and breakfast is great with homemade yogurt and preserves. Don't hesitate to book here. The 5 star rating is well deserved.
