Rooms are large, well located
Amazing staff! Location is perfect right in the heart of the city. We visited Cacheuta Thermal Springs in the Andes and our driver canceled for the return trip. The hotel called us a taxi and managed our return, sparing me panic. They also went out of their way to ensure my friend’s iPhone was returned to him after he left it at a restaurant a couple blocks away. Pool is nice but a bit chilly. Great gym. Overall, I would highly recommend!
Service is good, bed is okay. Just the bathroom needs a bit of a renovation. When I pay such a price for a room I don't like to get a bathtub with rust spots in there.
Staff is helpful and friendly. Rooms are fine. Cleaning staff especially helpful. Situated across from Plaza San Martino, two blocks from Sarmiento pedestrian Road and Independence Square, so very central.
NH is a Nice clean hotel close to very good restaurants.The staff in the reception is extremely friendly and helpful.Our stay and improvised trips to different other cities got way easier with their help. Would definately stay there again if I am in Mendoza.
