It has good location in handy area, with perfect out looking
We have reached the hotel at near midnight after penguin parade at Philips Island, when we reach the hotel, there is no one on sight at the reception counter and we are unable to enter into the lobby area, pressed door bell numerous times and finally after 15 mins there is someone came out to open the door for us. We are dead tired after a long day and tired from the long drive and cold outside. The process of check-in took quite a long while and I think the hotel can perhaps considered to shorten the process of checking in. Overall the hotel look quite new and the rooms are big, with living room and kitchen. The hotel is clean, hot shower is there and the wifi is strong. Overall we have a good night of rest after a long day, the view outside is superb with the city view.

Can’t believe how unorganised and unprofessional reception/ customer service are. Absolutely appalled from the way me and my partner were treated. Reception was so unprofessional even swore at us prior to check in, Definitely do not recommend.
Excellent hotel, can't fault anything about it, Exceptionally good quality for the price this place should be five stars! Excellent service, great friendly team. Beautiful clean and modern style could easily live here like home.
