The room was quite a decent size but what disappointed us was the quilt/blanket. It was not cleaned at all and just covered by quilt cover. This is not acceptable for hygiene purposes. Please look at this matter! Thank you.
Room was so neat and tidy and the person at reception named soni was very nice and friendly. Highly recommended Hotel . :)

Amazing value hotel in a very good location. Rooms are not large but beds are comfy and shower is good. Staff are very warm and friendly. When my room key card got accidentally discharged at 2am and I couldn’t swipe the card to enter the hotel I called the night duty manager and she was so nice about it. Felt so bad to disturb them at 2am. Plenty of inexpensive restaurants nearby. Southern Cross station is like 5 mins walk away so this is perfect for people getting to and from the skybus from Melbourne airport. Will stay again
