From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with a warm smile from reception, I appreciate the effort they made to take the time to get a room available fast considering it was a spontaneous booking. I had a room on the 6th floor opposite the exercise room and it was very quiet. Bed was very comfortable as expected & the nice sized shower head gave that luxury shower experience. The amenities were adequate & at one stage I was in need of a razor + phone charger and the hotel staff went all out to assist me in getting these things, much appreciated. The hotels terrace view is an absolute secret of Melbourne and very peaceful at the same time! In the morning I had baked eggs with avocado for breakfast which was a small portion but delicious nonetheless. The chef made some extra eggs for the lady next to me at no extra charge which was a nice gesture. I will be back one day when I can afford to book the famous room 702! Thank you Staff & Head Chef for a 5 star service.
Great little new hotel. Stayed here over New Years. Decor and design is on point with a great little rooftop however slightly under-utilised. I would have expected as daily housekeeping service for the price however something I’m sure they can rectify in the future. I would be keen to stay here again once they iron out a few kinks.
A great spot of luxury within the Melbourne CBD. The rooms were very spacious and well designed. The weather was great, so we spent a lot of time up on the Terrace and enjoyed the view of the city!
The staff there were fantastic as well, they were very polite and attentive and made our stay there extra special!
Highly recommend Crossley St. - We will definitely be staying there again!
This property is a great addition to the Lancemore portfolio. We had a great Staycation. The location is great, design and comfort of the hotel fabulous, and friendly professional staff. Look forward to staying again.
Amazing Hotel , newly renovated . Modern , so clean . The staff where so helpful and friendly .
In a great location , so close to town and amazing Restaurants. Loved the finishing touches in the rooms , like the Alessi kettle , books , magazines , T2 tea and great coffee .
We will definitely be back .
