Our flight out of Melbourne was grounded due to weather. After 9 hours of mass confusion at the airport, our airline put us up at Hotel 115. They could not have been more helpful, kind and welcoming - a true refuge in the storm! We were given a beautiful spacious superior room. We then ordered the most amazing and delicious dinner through room service that arrived quickly and piping hot. Thank you so very much Hotel 115!
