We decided to stay for a weekend in the city as a little mini-holiday for our anniversary, and originally chose Ovolo Laneways because it looked cute and was in a great location. I am so glad we decided to stay at this property, it was honestly amazing. The staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful, and even helped us extend our stay after we were out extra late one evening and didn't want to leave in the morning! The inclusions are really generous - the minibar is *actually free*, no catches, no hidden costs, no nothing! Happy hour is great too. All in all, this is an amazing property. The room rates are really affordable and you get so much value for your money. I would definitely stay here again, and again, and again! :)
The whole experience at Ovolo was amazing. Even before our stay, the staff were extremely and helpful at replying to our queries.
All the food and drink inclusions were extremely generous too. However, breakfast was a bit light on and would've been nice to see some pastries. oh well, we just had to have a double breakfast in the beautiful city. Will be staying here forever more xx
Absolutely adored our stay here. We stayed in the terrace suits with and were impressed from the minute we walked through the doors. Staff were thoughtful, kind and helpful, nothing was a problem. The details throughout the hotel make it really fun and our kids thought it was the best thing ever. We will definitely be back and couldn't recommend it more!
Really enjoyed our stay at Ovolo Little Bourke St. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room had everything we needed. Love the little touches like the snack & breakfast bar downstairs so you can grab a coffee and brecky on the go. Definitely a step up from those generic hotel chains. Would definitely come back again!
Absolutely 10/10. The simple things, the included snacks, the included drinks, the mention of "forgot anything" in the bathroom with the offer to (presumably) provide anything the guest forgot at no cost, very nice touch! I booked the penthouse so my kids had a bit more room to run around and it was great! The location is good, the penthouse is the size of a small house and with the outdoor area it didn't feel cramped at all.
