This is a great hotel in a not so savoury area. The staff are warm and friendly. The rooms are good. If you're staying just one night a queen room is fine but a king room is preferable for longer stays. In great condition spotless and fast lifts. The beds are firm to say the least
It's a good 4 star hotel. Not posh, simple but very clean and you have all you need. Very friendly and helpful staff. We left a camera in the room and they found it. The rooms are small but clean, beds are comfortable. Breakfast choice is small, 4 positions on the menu.
Room was clean however the bed and pillows were very hard. Coffee pods were also the wrong type for the coffee machine provided. The hotel parking over the road was also $1 more expensive if you paid through the hotel rather than just at the machine. Melbourne used to be a vibrant location to visit with many easy to find places to dine but since lock down the hotel is mainly surrounded by empty buildings
Fantastic facilities and service . I had a wonderful overnight stay can’t wait to return , the room was quiet spacious and very comfortable, bathroom excellent. The outstanding service at the bar and restaurant was second to none
Very very nice Hotel I was only there for 15 to 20 mins waiting for the coach for my day tour but very nice. I will consider this hotel next time I'm in Australia. It has a spa too ladies.
