We had a very neat clean well appointed apartment style room, fold out couch two TVs oven ect. Good views we were lucky to have a corner unit. Very small balcony (1 person) the pool was nice but very cold. Staff were polite friendly and very helpful

They fixed an admin error I made on my booking immediately and went over and beyond to ensure I have a positive experience at their hotel. Greatly appreciated and keep up the good work!
The room we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable and clean. I liked how we got supplied with pots, pans, cutlery, a microwave, an oven, cups and mugs and the sink. Very, very nice. I didn't want to leave at first.
Very pleasant stay, friendly staff, beautiful view over the river.
It’s my first time in my life experience you booked a three bedroom room and only offer one key, and when I trying asked the one more key the answer just “no, we can’t copy another one”
Also, The next guest play super loud music partying on 2am on weekdays in balcony the reception next day just tell us “nothing we can do”
