I spent three days here in late November and enjoyed the peaceful environment, clean spacious room and good service. The high tea was a gift for a friend, who really enjoyed the experience. Service was a bit slow, due to low staff numbers, but overall, it was another positive stay at this Melbourne landmark.
Oh my goodness. What a delight this Hotel is, spoil yourself and partner or take your Gran and Aunts here. High Tea is amazing, you will be spoilt with all the little delicacies and lovely staff. Do indulge yourself, we did and enjoyed it very much.
Lovely staff and amazing service. Beautiful and clean rooms. The hotel is in a great location, just a minute walk away from a tram that will take you straight to Melbourne Central. A lot of great food around and a beautiful view from the windows. The breakfast included with accommodation covered everything on the menu and was a great inclusion.
I booked a room for my Mum for her 80th. The room was spectacular, she loved everything about it, the staff were amazing and made her feel very special. Mum said that she will never forget her birthday at the Windsor. Thanks to everyone there for everything!
Valet left my hazard lights for three and a half hours. Flattened my car battery. Told me they would fix it. Checked out at 10am it still wasn’t done. No apology, no compensation for the hassle. Finally done at 1am again nothing said. I asked them to call me when it was done. No call. Incapable staff
