First impressions were fantastic, all staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooftop is so beautiful! Such a great view and it’s lovely up sit in the sun!
The check I process is easy and simple with QR codes on the tables. All staff were wearing masks properly which is great for safety.
Love the seating upstairs, classy and comfortable!
Do yourself a favour and come along and check out the rooftop! You will not be disappointed.
My team and I went their for a quiet meeting and lunch. Great food! Loved how they presented the good. It’s on a bit pricey end and quantity is less too. I tried the lemon chicken for $22 I guess, it was amazing.

I have been going to the Clarendon Hotel for over a year for Friday lunches but I am considering stopping after NEW management have done the following:
- Removed the lunch specials
- Refuse to split bills.
The 'no split bill' policy is ridiculous this day and age. It takes a matter of seconds to process multiple payments. It is important for new management to realise that lunches in that area are usually business lunches so it makes life very difficult when 1 person needs to pay the entire bill for their work colleagues.
That is as a surprise for me to be in classic pub and get a menu with beautiful Asian foods .
Venue was beautiful , food was awesome and service was perfect. Really enjoyed food and service from staff that was professional.
We had Beef Rendand, slow cooked Pork belly Salad and desert with Beer and wine all was one of best Asian (Malay) food I had ever in Melbourne. Highly recommended.
I saw the pub has plenty of space and a back room perfect for a party like a gathering or birthday.
Went there on a Sunday lunch for catchup before Christmas. Serves Asian food - efficient service and food is good. Serve alcohol as well. Good for groups. Pleasant surroundings. No timed sittings while we were there which is pleasantly surprised. Had takeaway before during COVID restrictions. Even my friends said they would return when they are in the area.
