Breakfast was very good, Yamilet, a lady waitress was fabulous, friendly, hard working and cordial. Rooms are nice (try to take a room towards the back of the building to avoid front noise), bed sheets were stained and old. The lady at the front desk overcharged my stay of over US $100, saying it was due to the day's exchange rate. I checked afterwards and it wasn't the case. This was the second time this happened to me while in Colombia, bad apples are scattered around the world, there's nothing you can do but to keep your eyes open. This won't stop me from going back, I love Colombia, it's food and the friendly people.
Our stay was excellent and the staff at front-desk treat us very good. Without Juan we could not servive
Disappointed. Doors that do not close properly. Light that did not work. Telephones that thing I even had the cable to them. A true disappointment. I would not recommend this place.
My bed was so dirty when I arrived that I almost threw up. It had some nasty white stains on the sheets that made me so crazy. I called the manager and she was so rude and didn't want to help at all.
Do yourself a favor and never stay at this nightmare so called "hotel" !!!!!
