I booked double room for 3 nights. They checked me in a room where I could barely open my suitcase. Literally when the suitcase is open, you need to squeeze in between it and the bed.
There was no hot water!!!
I had no breakfast thought my booking included it.
No one speak English in this place.
When I tried to explain how unfair they treated me, they ‘allowed’ me to pay $15 for the tiny room which was more expensive than double room I should have had with my Genius discount.
Applause to the worst business in Medellin.
I absolutely do not recommend this place.

It is a great place to relax and the attention is very good.
The hotel is nice, bathrooms are very nice. It has a common kitchen just in case. It is in the laurels sector, very pretty safe and quiet. Nearby there are restaurants, shopping centers and supermarkets. However, the service is not the best, the reservation we made was not respected and we had to be temporarily accommodated for one night. The staff is a little grumpy and generally a lack of attention to detail and safety is perceived.
