Great breakfast options. They can cook for you what you want at no extra charge. Just be prepared to use google translate or show a YouTube video of what you mean by “oatmeal” :)
A bit of a walk from the centre of Poblado, but still a good location, right next to the Santa Fe Mall. Excellent rooms, very clean, large windows with great views. Rooftop pool, plus steam room, sauna, and gym. Good breakfasts. Excellent price/quality ratio. Recommended!
It wasnt my favourite stay. It would have been great to have an English speaking member of staff during tocheck in to avoid confusion. When we arrived we were told that we can only stay at the pool for 1 hour. This was disappointing as we had changed our hotel specifically because we wanted some time at a pool. We asked to cancel but that was rejected as they said the Booking website would not allow it (we have done it before, booking always always it. It even says on their app that cancellation is at the discretion of the property). I understand that many hotels have had to change the way they serve customers in the pandemic but it would be more honest if they included this information on the booking website.
I will say the rooms are fairly nice and the beds are comfortable if way too soft. It was also a reasonable cost. Pool was nice and room was quiet. Service was quick
Great Hotel in a very secluded and quiet area. The Hotel staff were excellent and helpful..The restaurant offers room service and we only had it once but it was delicious!!!.. Since the pandemic the breakfast buffet is lacking but that is not on the hotel. Overall I would stay there on my next foray into Medellìn
Great location, quiet. Clean rooms, solid service. Only downside is breakfast, and due to PANDEMIA restricciones is super slow.
