Visitors can arrange a taxi service to and from the airport for $40 for a 30 or 45-minute ride. The moment I arrived at the hotel, I felt comfortable and at home. The room was modern and comfortable with all the necessary amenities, and the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room was immaculate. The location is perfect because there are many restaurants, bars, and activities within walking distance. The room's view was beautiful, and there is an excellent run route around the university that is approximately 1.2 miles long. The price was affordable and fantastic for the quality of service rendered. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel.
Great place to stay. Everything was perfect. Easy checking and the staff were very attentive. The roof top is a definite must. Location is a 10/10. Everything is at your door step. The suite was immaculate and designed beautifully. The extra high ceiling and floor to ceiling windows made the place feel bright, airy and grand. Bogota Beer Company and Smash located on the premises are great places to hang out. Artisanal beer, high quality food from Smash and the live entertainment was a perfect way to spend the evening.
Lovely! there aunt enough words to describe how great our stay was.Ana at the front desk was very helpful and always. just a text away.She helped with dinner reservations and everything in between.She also speaks perfect English which was a huge plus!We will definitely return.My only issue was there wasn't daily housekeeping and it was an additional charge for cleaning.
There is no better location to be in than Factory Lofts. 5min walk from literally everything you need in a superb safe Laureles district. Vegan restaurants, gyms, co-working spaces.
Factory lofts has a 24/7 hotel desk with fluent English-Spanish staff that's always there for us. Feels like home, really.
Let's not forget that rooftop jacuzzi available pretty much whole day with an amazing city view. Can it get better? Yes it does.
Free laundry. Free towel change. Unlimited soap and shampoons/toilet paper, garbage bags or WATER. Whenever you need - just ask the hotel desk.
No extra water, energy, wifi whatever bills. Everything unlimited.
Lastly, let's not forget about Smash restaurant that server absolutely healthy stuff based on Avocado. Open all days of the week at decent prices.
It's a building and culture you won't experience in other areas of Medellin. Rooms are top quality - from furniture to decorations.
I had a great stay. Shay was amazing!!! She helped me get my room setup and helped me get around Medellin. She speak perfect English and will help you with phrases if you need assistance. Definitely go to Factory Lofts and ask for Shay!!!!!!!
