EXCELLENT! the hotel very clean and the service perfect. The free breakfast included in the daily rate es superb: great chef. The local manager is very service oriented and positive. I recommend. I will return to that place.
Staff are nice, breakfast is great and rooms are ok.
Nonetheless, the internet is borderline non-existent. There's also nowhere to put shampoo or soap in the shower. On top of that, the biosecurity measures are just for show --most of time they aren't even wearing masks.
Lastly, every time you want to go in or out of the place you need to ask someone to open the door for you. There isn't even a person at reception at all times so you might have to wait a while. Seems like there could be a better way.
Oh wait, there's more: During out 7-day stay the room wasn't cleaned once!
I originally booked this hotel because they were able to accommodate if I needed to quarantine for 14 days. Which it ended up I didn't have to. But I'm so glad I decided to stay here in such a beautiful neighborhood. Everyone at the hotel is so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast made fresh every morning consisting of delicious typical Colombian food. There's a pool and jacuzzi in a courtyard behind the hotel, free wifi and laundry service if needed for a nominal charge. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are going to Medellín to consider staying here. James
Very good place The wet areas are very good, they are enjoyed. The rooms are cozy, the attention is excellent.
The bathrooms do not have a soap dish and in the 3 days that I was there, breakfast was the same, they are things that can be improved, but I left happy.
The best attention of all the Hotels where I have stayed, the service is excellent and the breakfast is very rich, it also has a wet area where there is a swimming pool, Turkish bath and Jacuzzi
