Very class and elegant hotel. Super upscale place in the best party location. Also a club with an excellent view of the city upstairs.
Very nice hotel and less than 3 mins walking distance to many clubs, bars and restaurants. All rooms are spacious and have views of the city
Little bit sad to see how one of my favorites hotels getting shabby. And it is so strange, why it happened in time when many new other hotels start to work in Poblado near to Charlee. Biggest mistake is to serve whiskey in the plastic glass at the rooftop bar which was so better just a couple of years ago.
I’ve stayed here four times and there is ALWAYS problems with check in or the rooms.
First time they had to move me because the room was noisy.
Another time I checked in, walked into a room and they gave me someone else’s room!!! I literally walked into someone else’s room!
When I came down to explain the problem they didn’t acknowledge me for about five minutes and then asked “are you sure?”... “no, I imagined it, now how about an apology and a vacant room?!”
They also have a habit of telling you to wait for 10 minutes to check in. When you go back 20 minutes later and ask they tell you they don’t have rooms ready and it will be another hour or two. Such a waste of time.
I think I’ve lost my patience with this place. I only stay here because it has a decent gym but it isn’t worth the hassle and the gym is now always way too full with locals and no machines are ever free.
I was walking around Parque Lleras when I saw the hotel, I just sat at the restaurant and had a "tinto" service was excellent. Hotel seems to be nice.
