I allow myself to comment in terms of being a manager in this industry and I have high requirements for colleagues who provide tourist services .The team of Suites and Villas have to pay serious attention to some details in management :
1. I booked probably the most expensive Family Suite Senior and I got accommodation that I would not offer to my guests definitely .( The rooms were dirty; the floor was not washed, dust and hair on it; the rooms need renovation end reparation; furniture with spots on it even glued to the touch; the doors squeak ; the joinery is old and need replacement ;the bathroom was dirty with traces of construction ; no shelf on the wall for shampoo or shower gel in bathroom ; one of the days we didn't even have hot water ; )
2. Unpleasant noise nearby throughout the day from construction activities in the complex .
3. I would recommend to the staff to learn a little English when you are welcoming guests from all over the world.
4 .I can say that the food at the restaurant was good organized .
Relaxed location and facilities very good. Animation Team have great energy and full of enthusiasm. Rest of staff seem always rushed and overworked. Location just over 1KM from shops and beach but good bus and taxi service.
Wonderful resort, perfectly placed for walking and central position for exploring further. Accommodation was great, food excellent and would be good for young and old alike. Especially appreciate the friendly staff and good service.
Low rise suites in clover leaf cul-de-sacs makes for a more peaceful environment. Options for active or quiet pools. 15 minute walk to seafront with lagoon and huge sand dunes.
A Beautifull hotel. With a kind, able and patient staff. Feels like a small village.
