Good location, clean and it has perfect employees, they are all smiley, helpful and kind. I stayed there 4 times, some rooms are very dark and small, some others are very good.
The hotel was nice, and although it seemed to be located in a good area, I find it quite dangerous to be around during night time. A lot of homeless and dealers every corner, didn’t feel same. But I don’t blame on the hotel, it’s definitely a thing happening in the city right now.
Despite that. Great service and good room. I recommend it

The room we stayed in was small but nicely finished and very modern.
Overall the hotel has been done to a high standard and offers reasonable value for Marseille.
Not 5 stars because parking is difficult and there’s no designated drop off for the hotel. We parked 5m away walking and it cost €16 over night.
We stayed at this hotel for four nights and our experience was more than just positive, it exceeded expectations. Staff is super friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile. They gave us good suggestions and advices, and promptly helped us with some AC issues we had in our bedroom. They did all they could to make us feel looked after, superb customer service! The hotel is brand new and has an elegant design. They also have a fantastic restaurant/brasserie if you fancy a good meal. The restaurant is accessible from the main road so you don’t need to be an hotel guest. The building has an amazing architecture, very elegant and French. They don’t have parking but there is an underground parking literally 7 min walk from the hotel: it’s safe and very high tech, you can reserve your spot via app/website and you don’t even need to get a ticket: the cameras will recognize the car plate and let you in and out according to the number of days you reserved your parking (Indigo parking, Place General De Gaulle). In summary: great hotel, awesome service, fantastic restaurant and central location. I would definitely go back next time I’m in Marseille!
Didn't like this hotel for a number of reasons. Firstly, there is no reception but staff are roaming the building with iPads to check you in. I don't like this concept as sometimes, nobody is around and you don't know where to go. Secondly, the breakfast lounge is like an aquarium where you are the fish as everyone just stares inside. Thirdly, no curtains in the bathroom! There were apartments across the street. So will not be coming back here.
