A very nice experience. The hotel is near the train station. The room is clean and tidy. The receptionists are so kind to provide a map of Marseille for us and some information about travelling.
The hotel is great. The staff were friendly. The hotel is next to the train station and very easy to find. It was hard to find suitable restaurants nearby (maybe because of COVID). Overall stay was perfect.
Our visit to the Alex hotel at Marseille really elevated our spirits! We could relax perfectly in the clean spa and the breakfast was 10/10. Thanks to the very nice staff!
This is a really great location - a minute away from the train station. Stylish, clean and well managed hotel with excellent staff. I had questions a few times and front desk staff were always great. There's a comfortable bar with appetizers, and a basic gym - enough to get in a self directed workout. I wasn't sure if I should book near the train station, or closer to the docks, but after seeing people dragging their luggage down the street, I was quite happy to be near the train station. The docks are about a 10 minute walk (more if you are towing bags) and there's restaurants everywhere. Did I say how happy I was being close to the train station?!
