- Hotel staff not wearing masks properly, guests often not at all
- Centralized ventilation system, extremely dangerous in the times of covid
- Dated rooms with balcony door knobs falling off and poor noise isolation form the loud pier and the street in the front of the hotel
- View of the harbor obscured by ridiculous design choices
- Elevator sometimes out of order
- Rather poor service, e.g. instead of providing bottle opener we were asked to bring the bottle downstairs

Loved this hotel! The hotel staff were wonderful. The location was perfect. The views from the balcony were well worth the upgrade.
View from our room beautiful-bed comfy -very spacious-quirky cushions and decoration but have stayed at better 3 star hotels in france. No bar in hotel /coffee maker in room supplied with 2 capsules then would be expected to pay 1 euro 50 for more!!!! 4 euro for bottle evian water from mini bar! Chose to breakfast at one of the many cafes in the area. You pay for the location of this hotel
