Good location. Took 40 minutes to get the room as staff twice gave me the keys from the rooms where other guest already stayed... and after all electronic key from the room didn't work.
From the meet and greet till the last minute farewell it has been great service and so much focused on our comfort by the staff all, however LOIC and KARIS Were extremely professional and went the extra mile to ensure we had great service at all times.
I would so much recommend this beautiful hotel and amazing team.

Excellant location, with easy access to the waterfront restaurants. Great view of the Citadel. Good breakfast, helpful staff.
Well placed for a city visit. Spacious reception, and nice rooms. We even tried the pool which was a very pleasant experience. No issues with it on a two night stop.
Lovely hotel. Decent enough room. Nice location. Parking is expensive here around 30 euro per night so best to go up the road and walk 5 mins. Save 15 euros. The gentleman from concierge is a credit to the hotel. The check in girl was excellent. Very professional.
