Pay attention! don't book any rooms with the hotels these days! Once in the hotel, they ask you for a bank guarantee! (Automatically deducted from your account) 1 month later, I didn't receive my money back! and when I asked .....they told me to go ask the bank! Unbelievable !!!

Have been going for over 27 years needs some up grading, staff always nice, food so so, but still enjoy going there.

Awful tick experience!...don't be fooled by the 5-star. The hotel is run-down, and the service is terrible. It can't be a 5-star. Hot water comes and go, towels have holes, bedding has ticks, lamps are broken, window blinds have gap...even charging an iPhone takes forever ( certainly overloaded circuits). Wait, the rooms still use keys that you are required to leave at the concierge who seem to hand them to whoever asks! Totally unacceptable. This is a total scam and the hotel should be shut down.
