The greeting was great, room very clean.
Even with current situation of Covid, the measurement was respected. The whole staff was amazing. I’ll definitely came back.
Love the ambiance, the originality of the place. Good service and also A+ for respecting the current safety mesures !
We arrived to the hotel to find refurbishing works taking place which caused a smell of fresh paint.
The room was very clean and spacious but a weird concept of the toilet nowhere near a hand basin.
The swimming pool is still closed but was supposed to be open by now!
We stayed for over 4nights and the choice of breakfast was very limited.
Location is great
On our arrival we were greeted by a very intimidating protest outside the hotel by some disgruntled employees who camped we later found would be camping outside the hotel everyday and have been doing so for some time
They were very noisy (intentionally so due to the reason for their protest). Although our holiday was meant to be a relaxing break we have so far been woken every morning by the noise outside.
This was not the only disappointing factor. When we settled in after being shaken by the demo we asked for a guide to to facilities mention in the description the hotel management were them contacted to speak to us and told us that the hamam facilities were not working and were “under refurbishment” and we could go and use a public spa - both my wife and I were so disappointed we just wanted get away from the noise so went to the rooftop terrace which again was locked and after speaking to management were told it’s “under refurbishment”
Management are nowhere to be seen and leave dealing with the consequences of the backlash to amateur untrained staff.
