Beautiful boutique hotel. A peaceful and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Great shuttle service into the centre on a regular basis. Decent food and excellent customer service from our initial greeting with some Moroccan tea to our check-out and arranging our airport transfers. Highly recommended.
Wonderful boutique hotel and a perfectly tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of marrakech centre. Excellent shuttle service into the centre on a regular basis makes it easy to sight see if this is wanted. Also arrangement of private taxi transfers from nights out is very much appreciated. The hotel is spotless, rooms lovely and staff are very attentive. The restaurant food is excellent value and having used the spa on a couple of occasions for massage I would highly recommend. All round I would have no hesitation to recommend to friends and family and plan to return again next year. Only one minor criticism would be that although the smaller pool is heated in winter it would have been nice to have the large pool heated also. It is an ideal length for doing lap swimming and is one of the main features of the outdoor area but it was too cold unheated to stay in for any length of time. It is a minor point but would have allowed me to rate 5 star. Nonetheless I highly recommend the hotel.
There isn't a single ounce of this heavenly place that doesn't ooze relaxation. Amazing aromas surround you everywhere. You are treated rather than served. The food is outstanding, the rooms are luxurious and the pool area is sumptuous, but it is the people that make this special place so perfect.
We can't say enough about the staff and the quality of this place. We were made to feel very welcome. We had several talks with the staff who provided us an education on Morocco, many things we did not know. Their warmth and hospitality were very much appreciated. We highly recommend Sirayane.
Relaxing, calm, great staff always making you feel welcome. Clean, refreshing pool. Great for families and couples. Not 5* but definitely amazing value for money!
