1- Their service os really bad
2- not trained well , not professional they don’t choose proper words to talk to the guests or welcome them
3- the management don’t take notes and complaints in consideration when i sent an email
4- you can’t stop a taxi near the hotel , even drivers if you want to rent them and they knew the location of the hotel they will refuse because the location is bad in the middle of a main road with no proper parking
5- Rooms are smelly and old
6- Air Conditioner is not working well and too noisy
7-There is no bell-boy to carry your luggage or help you especially at night
8- No managers / Supervisors to look for your complaints or demands when needed
9-Rooms has no showel gel/shampoo ..etc like other 3-4 stars hote even!

I am totally not exaggerating but this is my opinion and my parents opinion’s too who were staying with me at the same hotel!
10- I swear in my 2 days stay here they never answered my phone when i called reception , their English is extremely bad and i do not understand their language ! Too difficult to deal with them
They do NOT respect the guest at all , they cut my talk every time i call ,talk with themn
Two of their staffs shouted at my face and were so rude with me and said even bad words to me in a direct way after a miss-understanding and they threatened me , when i complained to managament they did NOTHING and did not even listen to me but sent me and email saying that this is their right to talk to me this way !
Not recommended at all ! Worst travel experience in my life

Highly disappointing. Almost no functional internet and rather unpleasant staff. Hotel bar was decent but still seemed unduly suspicious of female patrons.
Very nice place to stop in old city . Staff very helpfull. Pool clean. And food spot on.
A standard hotel. Clean and very central. The WiFi is intermittent but it's a nice place to stay. The breakfast is a continental buffet and average quality. I would definitely stay here again. It's close to everything and the staff are wonderful and polite.
