LOVED this hotel so much. Everyone that worked there, from the security to the chefs, were amazing! Everyone made sure we had the best stay. The concierge team, especially Abdelaziz (If I remember correctly) was so kind and helpful!
Honestly 5 stars does not do it justice. If I could give 10 I would! Cleanliness 10/10, Food 10/10, Service 10/10.

I don’t normally write reviews for five star well rated establishments as there really isn’t a need. However, after really struggling with the services of at my other hotel. I had had enough and brought my things to Radisson. Amazingly, despite thinking I would be turned away at 1AM I was welcomed by Ahmed the Night Manager who accommodated me exceptionally well. Despite the late hour - I was very humbled to find his demeanour most hospitable. Great work Radisson on selecting truly compassionate staff.
Amaizing location, super friendly staff, and very clean
Everything Was amazing we stayd 3 weeks for our special occasion , from amine in front desk who was happy doing his job going among it and all concierge team ...réception oumaoma who did our check in and she was helpful choosing the places where to go for dinner guving her the Best in profitional manner Mehdi we always call him but he was just giving the Best answer and Wealling to help khaled was helping us changing the room with a big smile in his face we wanted higher floor he gives us very Nice room Abdelatif in breakfast was always checking after us Lady in oumlet station sorry forget hér name doing my hasband delecious oumlet asma in room service thankyou so much fanida in houskeeping also ....finally of course ill not firget him Maroune manager of FO i cant thank him enough !!!for all his assistant from day he Know my hasband birthday it was just waaw no comment...sorry if i did not mention everyone names but thankyiu all
