The staff here are absolutely lovely. They are willing to help with all sorts and will give you advice on the tourist traps and cons that are commonplace, and how to avoid them. The breakfasts are excellent, and a good way to start the day. The Riad is comfortable, with good sized beds, though there's little sound isolation so you're likely to wake up to the call to prayer fairly early.
Offering an outdoor and indoor pool, M Riads & Boutique Hotels is located in Marrakech. Free Wi-Fi is available in the resort. The accommodation is air-conditioned and comes with a TV. The private bathroom has a shower.

They truly know what hospitality means! Such caring and friendly staff that have answers to all your questions and try to make your stay the best one possible! I stayed for 4 nights and it was amazing, they even gave us some fresh orange juice when we left at 6am one morning to attend a tour. They fixed our shower right away when there was no hot water and the rooms are just so pretty! I will never forget the kindness they've treated us and do use their airport shuttle service as the streets of the Medina can be tricky, we almost got scammed as someone showed us the way and asked for money after and we thought they were just being kind. It's a great price with comfortable beds, wifi and you really get the true experience staying in the heart of the old city :)
Lovely hotel, It has been 6 months since we stayed there.I was checking out the Marrakesh photos. Staff was very welcoming and polite. They helped every possible way they could. Room was very authhentic and Marrakeshy. Breakfast was not great but ok. Maybe an improvement there. But overall i would definetly recommend the hotel.
Beautiful boutique hotel. A peaceful and tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of the souks. Great shuttle service into the centre on a regular basis. Decent food and excellent customer service from our initial greeting with some Moroccan tea to our check-out and arranging our airport transfers. Highly recommended.
A wonderfully luxurious finds in Marrakesh! The shaded plunge pool was the perfect spot to relax after being in the hot sun all day. Our suite was bright and airy, and the bathroom was really large as well. There is an additional pool on the terrace and shaded daybeds. We loved this riad, so chic!
Amazing bathrooms! Charming. Clean. Modern with hot water! These are the thing we require in life as Americans. They have bi-nightly dinner parties with excellent food. They have the beautiful courtyard & the roof pool. It's in the middle of the big fortress but quiet. It's upscale and worth it. They have an in-house cook, luandry service. The design ethos is on point. Family friendly. Can't say enough good things about it.
The Riad is an amazing location just off the main square. The staff are all super friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The service in general was something pretty special, they really made you feel like the Riad was your home.
The rooftop terrace is lovely, with a great view of the city. The rooms are very clean, and well presented. In fact, the whole place is really clean, the staff seemed to work around the clock to make sure it was clean!
We also made use of the spa services and had a lovely massage. It was a little more expensive than some massage places in the Medina, but worth the premium for convenience.
I'd definitely recommend.
The staff who work here are all incredibly friendly and helpful. They helped give us directions of places we wanted to go, made reservations for meals and spa treatments, and were always around to help out in general.
The place itself is just as nice (though tucked away in a very twisty alleyway, that, if arriving at night which we did, seems a little dodgy - but it’s not!! It’s actually based in a very homely, familiar area where people all seem to know each other). It’s hard to find, but they came out to meet us where our taxi dropped us off to ensure we found our way without trouble.
The surrounding area is only a short walk from the main attractions (souks, mosques, gardens etc.) and gives off a very secure impression. We walked almost everywhere, with the exception of some gardens outside the city walls).
They serve breakfast as and when you are woken up (an array of food, that even I - a very picky eater - found enough to eat) by gentle bird songs.
There’s a fire that you can sit by, which is very homey, and a rooftop terrace with plenty of seating space, and a jacuzzi. I ordered a drink from downstairs and they even bought it up for me.
The rooms themselves are relatively basic, with just the essentials, but they’re also very aesthetically pleasing. One thing I feel necessary to mention is that the baths they have here are so massive and amazing. Just honestly. The best baths.
They make your beds, give you olives and nuts with every drink you order, offer advice on where to eat and what to visit. They go beyond what is necessary to make your visit to Marrakesh really very wonderful.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends visiting, and if and when we come back, will definitely return.

This is by far the best service I ever had.
Hayat welcomed us to the place like no other. The staff was very nice and always had a smile on them and very helpful. The room was super clean and well decorated Moroccan style. I recommend this place a lot.
LOVED this hotel so much. Everyone that worked there, from the security to the chefs, were amazing! Everyone made sure we had the best stay. The concierge team, especially Abdelaziz (If I remember correctly) was so kind and helpful!
Honestly 5 stars does not do it justice. If I could give 10 I would! Cleanliness 10/10, Food 10/10, Service 10/10.

A wonderful place to lodge when staying in Marrakesh, and this in the centre of the souks. The landlady Corinne and her staff were ever so friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves an excellent couscous and tajine. A highly recommendable riad.
