Where do I start - I took my girlfriend here for one night to celebrate Valentines Day (Have a Villa 30 minutes away however it’s always nice to try out the local Hotels)....Usually!
During our stay the following occurred -
No intro to the room so no idea when breakfast or dinner was if we required it and had no contact to the reception unless I rang the enquiry number on mobile.
No hot water so couldn’t get ready to take a shower the whole time.
Consistent power cuts so this included unable to make a coffee in the morning or watch the poorly programmed television (had about 3 channels.)
My girlfriend went to operate the electric heater on the wall and it quite simply fell off its bracket so had been poorly fitted.
Was not advised of the WIFI password.
Water in kettle (if we had electricity) already had mouldy pre poured water in.
Among some other details too however I’m already getting bored writing this list.
So to top it off I went to discuss the above events with the ‘head of reception’ a young girl, of which the issue with the hot water I was told to ask my girlfriend to take a shower in the gym (imagine asking your girlfriend to do that!) and the electricity was not her issue.
She simply slapped a complaints book on the desk and said fill it out as she won’t refund us on any level or second that even apologise. She gave me three options at 10.30am, move rooms to get ready until check out (which was in 1 hour 30), shower in the GYM or she’ll cover €20 euro’s worth of drinks as a good will gesture..... I mean c’mon guys! If this review is responded to and a refund is actioned I WILL remove it - however for now please be warned this place is gorgeous if you want to take a couple of instagram pictures however if you want food, water and electricity your best bet is anywhere else! I’ll await further contact from the hotel management on the unlikely refund being actioned. Many thanks, Adam
Lovely place, one problem though, there is no water between 12 midnight and 7am. That means you cant flush the toilet, clean your teeth or wash. Very inconvenient if you've been out for the evening.
At first sight everything seem nice.
We thought charming hotel.
But then the horror came.
First day we couldn't take a shower because there was no hot water.
Then the drain was completely clogged with hair from previous custumers. Really disgusting shower
Smelled really bad and moldy.
Also not save
No smokedetectors
Bad electricity, wires hanging out of the wall.
Lights flickering
Problem with toilet
Waterkettle to make coffee so dirty
Products expired date
Used condom under the bed
Dust everywhere
Breakfast disaster
Unexperienced employés
And we had the suite and payed 1500 euro for 3days.
Don't ever go to this hotel because they even don't care.
Bad management!
No compensation
