Unfortunately i am currently being ghosted by the host Gonzalo. I have a booking in June and have paid a large deposit. The host was really helpful and very prompt at responding at the start. The host very kindly agreed to move my dates to this year due to covid. I messaged Gonzalo in December for an update and have not heard back from him since. I have emailed multiple times, messaged on whatsapp, called on whatsapp, it hangs up after 4 rings so obviously being hung up on. Messaged on the business social media and Gonzalo's personal social media with no response. I am now fighting with the bank to get my deposit back as luckily i paid via credit card. I have seen a few other reviews that say the same thing on TripAdvisor. I don't know what has happened but can see that he is still active on his personal social media pages so just being ignored by the looks of it. I really hope that he gets back to me with a good excuse but unfortunately fear the worst!
A beautiful vila with nice facilities. Our room and bathroom were very nice and large. The villa has a large swimming pool. Which looks nice. On each floor there is a public area with TV and pool table. The only thing which we found a little disturbing was the fact that the description in Booking was beach front while in fact it was quite a walk.
Beautiful place. Families, friends or groups. Car hire essential. Kitchen needs to be improved (as it's very small, clearly an after thought as it was converted form a B&B to a full air bnb) invest in the kitchen downstairs.... Then def 5 Stars!!! Views were amazing.
The villa was lovely and had almost everything you would want. Small downside would be the pool is not heated so unless you are going in the summer months, it’s very cold to use! We still used it and had fun so can’t complain overall. The rooms are very spacious and the facilities are great, tv in each room with Netflix and a tablet and chargers for all phones already there to use. The bathrooms are nice but some of the showers may need updating, shower tray let’s water out etc. There’s no real kitchen but they do have a small kitchenette that’s just about enough unless you’re planning to do a lot of cooking there. There is however a big BBQ area outside for use. The villa is also not very close to a supermarket so a car would be necessary. All in all, we had a great time at Jazmines & Moras and would return to stay their again.
I stayed at Jazmines & Moras with 9 other friends for a weekend golf trip at the end of April. The villa was stunningly beautiful with the pool area (which has an outdoor kitchen and Argentine style barbecue grill) being a particular highlight with plenty of seating, day beds etc. The rooms were of great quality, stylish, clean and comfortable.
Perhaps one of the more unique features of this place was the hospitality of the hosts. Hector (the owner) was charming and kindly gave us lifts into Marbella to pick up food and drink at no extra cost. He also organized us taxis for when we wanted to go out in the evening.
Overall a fantastic 5 star experience, would highly recommend if looking to book somewhere that can handle a large group (10-15) for a comfortable stay.
