In my personal experience, I didn't expect how this hotel badly handles and receives its guests. Poor services in receiving and assisting new guests. It is far below to the standards of services of the other 5-star/4-star/3-star hotels I stayed in the past. This is maybe because of the current pandemic crisis in the country. But to wait for 4 hours before getting check-in is not a good experience.
We went here for the wedding of my friend. The parking area was limited inside the hotel but you can park outside the hotel as well.
The food was great . The appetizer was rose of smoked salmon and it tasted good paired with the balsamic dressing. Our main course was veal tenderloin with lobster tail. The portion size was big enough and it tastes great. The plating was also great and Instagrammable.
Good because we have no choice to stay and this hotel was assigned to our batch of OFWs for quarantine protocols last July 2020.The room is average in terms of space and cleanliness. Staffs are attentive and approachable. All meals given to us from our arrival up to check out were VERY LESS specially the main dishes.

Staying at this beautiful iconic hotel back in 2017 during my business trip. Excellent service, amazing foods, and every spot and coner of this hotel are very eye pleasing. Sad that I lost most of my photos of the hotel.
